When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

Most deliveries arrive within 3-10 business days, please note that we ship the order within 24 hours (most orders are shipped on the same day), but it is not in our control to make delivery times any faster once the package leaves our premises.

All our packages are marked as "Authority to Leave", for your convenience. If you do not wish for us to leave your package, please leave a note with your order, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels, all parcels are tracked.

You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving the package to the, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Keep in mind the whole process could be like this: the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
